How It Is Made
Solid Billet: Production starts with a solid cylinder of stainless steel called a billet.

Heating and Piercing: The solid billet is heated to a high temperature and pierced through the center using a rotary machine or extrusion process to form a hollow tube.

Shaping: The tube is rolled and stretched to reach the exact wall thickness, diameter, and length required.

Key Advantages
No Weak Points: Welded pipes have a seam that can fail under stress, but seamless pipes lack this joint, making them structurally uniform and much stronger.
High Pressure and Temperature: The lack of a seam allows these pipes to handle extreme internal pressures and high temperatures safely.
